Texting Privacy
Vud00m Rental Cars LLC collects the contact and rental-request information you submit so we can respond to your inquiry and manage your request. When you opt in to texts, we keep your consent choice, phone number, consent wording and timestamp with your inquiry and message records.
We use service providers to operate the website, store business records and deliver communications. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers may process this information to provide these services to us.
We retain inquiry, consent and communication records as needed for customer service, business recordkeeping and applicable obligations. You may contact us to ask about your information or request a correction.
Texting Terms
By selecting the texting checkbox on our inquiry form, you agree to receive messages from Vud00m Rental Cars about that inquiry, including an automatic acknowledgment and follow-up about your rental request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Texting consent is optional and is not a condition of renting.
Reply STOP to opt out of texts. For help, reply HELP or email vud00mrentalz@gmail.com. You can also use that email to ask us to stop texting you.
Automatic first acknowledgments are sent between 8 AM and 9 PM Eastern. Requests submitted overnight are queued. Sending and delivery depend on the phone number, messaging provider and carrier; delivery is not guaranteed. An acknowledgment does not approve your rental or reserve a vehicle.
These texting terms do not change your rental agreement, rental charges or eligibility requirements.
